Trust Launches Budget Boost

MARINERS Trust has launched an initiative where fans can boost the playing budget for next season, by making donations which go directly to the playing budget. The intention is for this money to be used to fund a new, key player for next season.
The Trust has set a target of £20,000 which, if it is reached, will be matched by Grimsby Town-supporting Euromillions winners Lee and Susan Mullen.
The Trust has started off the fund with £5,000 of its own money, and Fishy readers have pledged over £5,000 over the last few days.
At the time of writing the fund has reached over £11,0000 - well on the way to the £20,000 target
