ROCHDALE'S victory over the Mariners was a singularly depressing event. One minor consolation however was it was another winner for Beat the Bookies!

This week Grimsby are not playing so we can all sit back an enjoy FA Cup Third Round Day and the inevitable giant killings that always take place. Top of the pile for upsets is Macclesfield at Chelsea, where the Blues are an incredible 1/33 to win! Macclesfield can be backed at 40/1 if you believe in miracles. On the other hand Macclesfield are in a rich vein of form!
Other possible more realistic upsets are: Swindon at Palace (9/2), Forest at home to Charlton (2/1), Burnley at Reading (5/1), Swansea at Sheff Utd (6/1), Stockport at Watford (17/2) and Brighton at West Ham (7/1)
Of those Brighton have to be fancied to win at Upton Park, especially given West Ham's dismal recent form. Likewise Sheff Utd might be caught unaware by a Swansea side flying high in League One.
In good old League Two, Rochdale are the current form team having won their last two games 4-0. They face Wycombe, who have slumped in recent weeks and only won 1 out of the last 6 games. The Dale are available at 4/1 with Betfred to win, a must back price.
