Cup Draw Opponent to be Drawn

GRIMSBY will find out who they face in the EFL Cup Draw tonight, which will follow the Arsenal/Port Vale game. Mariners supporters are divided on their preference for a) home time, b) Premier League giant, or c) winnable tie.
Town are the lowest-ranked team in the draw, so there are no "easy" ties. The three Welsh sides are probably the least potentially fancied away trips, but a big day at a club like Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal, or Tottenham is also possible.
The numbers in the "hat" are as follows:

There is no extra time in this round, and drawn games go straight to penalties.
Whatever the draw, Town are sure to be well supported in the 4th Round, as they have been throughout the first three ties, including their famous penalty win over Manchester Utd.
