Another Midfielder Signs

GRIMSBY have signed former Cheltenham midfielder Frankie Artus on a one-year contract, the eighth signing of the summer so far. The 22-year-old made 30 appearances for the Robins in League Two last season, but was released in the summer when his contract expired.
The Bristol-born midfielder began his career at his home town team Bristol City, but never made an appearance for the Reds. After several loan spells, including three at Whaddon Road, Artus signed for the Gloucestershire outfit this time last year in a one year deal. He scored three goals last season for Cheltenham.
