GRIMSBY will face Chelsea in the Third Round of the EFL Cup after beating Macclesfield on penalties last night. The game at Stamford Bridge will take place on Wed Sep 25th and Town have been given over 4000 seats.

The match ended 0-0 and the Mariners missed their first penalty. However, James McKeown then saved a penalty to level the tie and went on to make another save when it reaches sudden death.

Chances were at a premium in normal time.
