Ramsden To Rochdale

Grimsby Town defender Simon Ramsden is reported to be on his way to Rochdale after talks between the two clubs. Tuesday is the deadline for transfers and it appears that Town have agreed to his move.
Ramsden has been a good player for Town and it is somewhat surprising that Slade would let him go but he is down the pecking order so Slade may be looking to save on wages. With the signing of Ben Futcher he will probably be fourth choice so the move to Rochdale may be a good opportunity for him.
