Eastleigh v Grimsby Preview

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 20/11/2015

STRIKERS Omar Bogle (thigh) and Jon-Paul Pittman (ankle) are back in contention for the squad for Eastleigh after the pair both resumed training this week. Paul Hurst will have to decide whether to start with either player or continue with new loanee Alex Jones up front alongside Padraig Amond.

Centre back Shaun Pearson was dropped for Saturday's game with Welling and Hurst will have to decide whether to continue without the defender or to stick with Toto Nsiala.

Eastleigh have signed right back on loan from Nott County as an FA-sactioned emergency loan in place of the injured Jamie Turley. Goalkeeper Michael Poke has also returned to the squad after a previous loan spell from Pompey. Poke was a regular before getting injured and returning to his parent club and will not compete with Ross Flitney for the No 1 spot.
