Forest Green v Grimsby Team News

GRIMSBY head to Forest Green tonight for the first of three massive games against their play-off rivals. Pending motorway pile-ups and flash floods the game should definitely take place after Friday's fiasco with Macclesfield was called off!

Town have a full squad to pick up, with the exception of Liam Hearn and Sean Pearson so the team is likely to be the same as it would have been at Macclesfield, although that was never made public.

Grimsby beat Forest Green 1-0 at Blundell Park earlier in the season, and if they beat Rovers again tonight it could well be a fatal blow for their automatic promotion hopes. Forest Green drew at Cambridge on Saturday and lost the two previous games so have fallen a little

FGR have recently lost striker Reece Styche for the rest of the season to a knee injury. Jamie Collins (knee) and Kieron Forbes (ankle) and Al Bangura (suspension) are all ruled out.
