Grimsby v Ebbsfleet Team News

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 16/12/2011

GRIMSBY hope to lick their wounds and bounce back against Ebbsfleet in the fourth consecutive game at Blundell Park. After the disappointment of ending their ten match unbeaten run with a defeat to Salisbury in the cup, Grimsby now have to focus on climbing the league table.

The Mariners lost the reverse fixture in Kent a few weeks ago, despite taking an early lead, and will be looking for revenge against a team just one place below them in the league table.

Town have no injury worries for the game, but on-loan Luton defender Will Atwi comes back into the reckoning after being ineligible for the cup game. The managers may also decide to bring one or two fresh faces after a poor display in the FA Cup.
