Defender Signs

CENTRAL defender Darran Kempson has joined Town on a two year contract from Accrington Stanley. The 25-year-old turned down a new contract with the League Two side in order to join the Mariners.
Kempson was a regular for Stanley last season, starting in 40 league matches for the Lancashire outfit. Kempson has played in the league with Morecambe, Bury and Shrewsbury, as well as in the Conference with Forest Green and Wrexham.
