Penalty Sinks Town as Two Sent Off

TOWN lost at Blundell Park today in an eventful match with two penalties and two sendings off. A good first half was spoiled in the second with bookings and penalties.
Darlington were awarded a penalty which Mildenhall saved. Later in the half Newey was sent off and a penalty awarded. Darlington scored from it leaving Town to battle to save the game.
In injury time, Crane was sent off for dissent after the referee awarded a corner to Darlington.
Result: Grimsby Town 0 Darlington 1
