Wimbledon v Grimsby Team News

TOWN have one game left to leave an impression in their supporters memories to sustain them through three football-free months. The opposition are AFC Wimbledon, a side guaranteed to finish second regardless of the result, and one of the pre-season favourites for next year - unless the Dons win the play-offs.

Town ironically arguably probably have most to play for. If they win it guarantees a top ten finish - should they lose they could drop several places in the table. With the match not counting towards promotion and relegation places the Mariners are free to play a side with youth and fringe players, should the managers decide to do so,

Charlie I'Anson and Andi Thanoj (who has recently signed a professional contract with Town) look likley starters. Other fringe players such as Mulready and Samuels could expect an outing.
